2. LICENSE GRANT

We grant you a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable, revocable license to install

and play Hoomanz! for your own noncommercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify,

distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the game.

3. AGE RATING

Hoomanz! is certified through the IARC system:

ACB: General

CERO: 3+

ClassInd: Classificação Livre

DGSC: General Public

ESRB: Everyone

GRAC: All Ages

PEGI: PEGI 3

USK: USK 0

4. NO INGAME PURCHASES

Hoomanz! currently contains no in game purchases or microtransactions.

If this changes in future updates, the Terms will be updated.

5. GAMEPLAY FEATURES

 Hoomanz! is a single player game.

 No online multiplayer, no online coplay, and no player-to-player communication.

 Future coplay features, if added, will remain offline/local only.

6. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

When using our Discord or other official channels, you must:

Behave respectfully toward others.

Not post illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

 Not impersonate staff or misuse support channels.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You may NOT:

•  Reverse engineer, extract source code, or circumvent security measures

•  Modify the software, assets, or game files

•  Use cheats, bots, exploits, or tools to manipulate gameplay

•  Sell, rent, or sublicense the game or its content

•  Create derivative works of the game characters or content without permission

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All characters, artwork, animations, and designs in Hoomanz! are owned by Koffee Cup Ltd.

This includes UK and EU registered designs for Hoomanz! characters and Shoo.

Trademarks owned by or licensed to Koffee Cup Ltd include:

•  “Koffeecup”

•  “Hoomanz!”

9. GAME UPDATES & PATCHES

We may update or patch the game at any time to add features, fix bugs, or improve performance.

These updates may be required for continued play.

10. DISCLAIMERS

The game is provided “as is” without warranties.

We do not guarantee:

•  uninterrupted or errorfree play

•  compatibility with all devices

•  prevention of data loss

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Koffee Cup Ltd is not liable for:

•  loss of gameplay progress

•  indirect or incidental damages

•  loss of data or corruption

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

12. PLATFORM STORES

Purchases, refunds, parental controls, and parental payment permissions are governed by the

platform store where you purchased the game (Nintendo eShop, Xbox Store, Steam, Epic Games Store, Apple Store).

13. TERMINATION

We may terminate this license if you breach these Terms.

If terminated, you must stop using and delete the game.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.

Local mandatory consumer protections still apply.
